Pre-Inspection
Our technician will begin with a full inspection of the carpet’s material and condition, identifying stains, wear, or specialist requirements.

Vacuum
We will then vacuum the carpet to remove as much dry soil as possible.

Stain Treatment & Pre-Spray
Any major stains found during the inspection process will be pre-treated to increase the chance of complete removal. Once complete the technician will then begin pre-spraying high traffic areas to help break down soil for a more thorough clean.

Agitation
Using specialist equipment, we will agitate the pile, further breaking up the dirt hidden deep within the fibres making it easier to extract.

Extraction
Once agitating is complete, we will begin to use our powerful hot-water extraction system to deep clean your carpets, leaving them looking just as good as the day they were fitted.

Drying & Pile Re-alignment
The final step. Drying, this usually takes 3-4 hours depending on the temperature inside the property, however, we can aid this long with our ground fans if needed.
Once dry enough, we will re-align the pile of the carpet so it is standing tall once we leave.
